Any small pieces, such as statues, magazine racks, floor plants, etc. which you can remove from the carpet or tile to be cleaned will shorten processing time and return the carpet or tile to normal use sooner.

For your pet's peace of mind and that of our technicians, please put them in a safe, quiet, place where our cleaning won't disturb them.

China cabinets, sectional sofas, entertainment centers, antiques, large TV's, electronic equipment, computers, pianos and fragile furniture cannot be moved. Depending on the carpet cleaning package purchased, our standard cleaning includes moving any coffee tables, chairs, couches and smaller items that you would like moved. Beds, dressers, desks and other such heavier items may be moved upon request at an additional charge. Please inform us prior to your cleaning if you want such items moved.

Remove all breakable items from the furniture which will have to be temporarily moved.

Floors may be slippery when wet, especially walking from tile to carpet. Please advise all occupants of this hazard.

Infants that are crawling must remain off the carpet until it is completely dry

 Keep children and pets away from hoses, equipment, cleaning products and work area.

Odors: Due to the nature of our deep extraction process, we are able to eliminate many types of odors without having to resort to additional specialized enzyme treatments.  In the event that we uncover biological odors as a result of feces, pet or human urine, etc., we may have to apply specialized enzymes that are designed to consume the bacteria causing the odor.  In the event that special enzymes are needed, the technician will advise the clients in advance of any cleaning and there will be an additional charge should you desire to proceed with this specialized treatment.  When applying enzymes and other specialized odor control formulas, we do everything possible to eliminate the odors. However, due to depth of contamination, 100% success may not be attainable. In severe cases, the carpet and pad must be replaced and the sub-flooring sealed. The live enzymes we use are safe for kids and pets.  It is also noted that some stains caused by pet urine are permanent.  Pet urine, when left untreated, causes a bleaching effect to the dyes that make up the color of your carpeting.  Once the urine has damaged the dye, the stain is irreversible and permanent just like when bleach makes contact with your favorite pair of blue jeans.
