Our process vs. theirs.

Most carpet cleaning companies rely solely on a steel mechanical wand to “surface clean” carpets.  Unlike a mechanical carpet wand that can only clean in two directions (forward and backwards) the Rotovac 360 thoroughly cleans the carpet fibers from all directions to produce superior carpet cleaning results… every time!

Due to the high quality of equipment and cleaning solutions we use, approximately 95% of all spots are removed during the cleaning process. Difficult stains that can not be removed without specialty chemical mixtures and man hours will be pointed out to the customer in advance and will require an additional charge.  It should be noted that in some instances, stains may be permanent (ie:  bleaching, some pet urine, spilt wine not treated right away, etc.).  If our technician discovers a stain that’s not treatable, we will point that out to you.

• Pre-inspect with UV Xenon lighting - Our technician will examine all carpeted areas to be cleaned with a high powered UV light source to identify hidden or masked stains and pet urine deposits. We utilize the same light source as many major metropolitan police department CSI units

• Furniture moving – Our regular pricing includes moving sofas, chairs, tables and smaller items.  Beds, dressers and heavier pieces cost extra to move.  Our cleaning equipment is designed to clean right up to the edge of these heavier pieces of furniture and in most instances it’s not necessary to move these items

• Pre-vacuum all areas to be cleaned - Our technicians will vacuum all areas scheduled to be cleaned with a commercial quality vacuum cleaner in order to collect loose soil and debris prior to the carpet cleaning procedure

• Pre-Spot – Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal

• Pre-spray carpeting with soil & grease cutting ingredients - We will pre-spray the entire area to be cleaned with industry recognized GOLD standard Green certified products and pre-treat all identified stains

• Pre-grooming/agitation – A professional grooming brush is used to work in pre-spray and spotting solutions while loosening embed soil and contaminants

• Rotary deep cleaning using steam extraction - Where practical, our technicians will use the Rotovac rotary deep cleaning system to thoroughly clean all carpets. In areas where the Rotovac is not practical, we will utilize a professional heavy duty quad jet power wand

• Neutralizer – Every carpet we clean is pH balanced afterwards so that there is no sticky residue left behind.  This also leaves your carpet fresh and clean

• Post Spot – Any spots or stains still remaining will receive additional treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions

• Groom carpeting to showroom finish - All cleaned carpets will be raked and groomed to a professional - like new appearance

• DuPont Stain Master or Maxim Advanced applied to all cleaned areas - When good quality carpets leave the mill, they already have protector applied but NO protector is permanent.  Protector wears off or is weakened by such activities as: daily foot traffic, regular cleaning, harsh chemicals, pet urine ozone or other pollutants
   
  Once your carpets have been thoroughly cleaned, our technicians will reapply industry leading carpet protection to prolong the life of your carpets and to protect against accidental spills, accidents caused by children or pets, and the tracking in of soil and other particles found on the bottom sole of shoes

• Turbo-dry all cleaned areas – Because we utilize low moisture and rotary extraction in our deep cleaning process, customers can expect their carpets to dry in half the time of most other traditional carpet cleaners. We understand that our clients have better things to do than stand around waiting on their carpets to dry.  We use state-of-the-art air movers designed to assist in speed drying your carpets so that you can be entertaining tonight
